boyfriend is sick :/ what do i do! please help!

Ok so yesterday I was around my boyfriend from about 2ish or 3 until about 530 or 6... we kissed and was snuggling and stuff and I left to go home. Well for the past hour or so he has been feeling nauseas with stomach cramps and he said that he thinks it will be the diarrhea and everything... I'm so scareds... I mean I stayed all weekend and eeverything with him... but am I going to get it from staying with him and kissing him yesterday? He's mad at me right now and said that its like I don't care about his feelings or anything cause he's the one sick... but.... its just I'm scared..... do you think I'm gonna get it?
