Is this my anxiety?

My throat feels like its going to explode. I'm not sick to my stomach or anything but this feeling makes me gag and I get so scared. Does this happen to you guys alot too??

My anxiety does that too don't worry you're fine! Just breath, I try and suck on a mint or a cough drop usually it distracts me..try that!
