I'm not mad at you. You never insulted anyone (that I am aware of) like some others on here have done in the past. You didn't do any personal attacks. I have nothing against you.

Dylan I've read your two threads and here's the thing: it seems like you ordered a self help program or "took classes" with someone who, like you, claims I quick-fix. Some of these people are scam artists but many I believe have legitimately overcome their phobias quickly for one reason or another - many because they'd never thought about their anxiety in a certain way and once tey did it was a moment of enlightenment and something switched off in their brains and they are "cured." truly cured. So they either a) get all excited and race out to cure other people because they legitimately care about them or b) race out and try to make money from their experience. I really believe you fall into the (a) category.

But the problem s that some people go into spontaneous remission from cancer as well. It's well-documented. But it's rare. VERY rare. And just because other people take shark cartilage or have a positive attitude does not mean they'll all be cured.

So if youd like my advice (although you never asked - lol ) the way to start over or to approach others is to simply tell YOUR story. This is how I was. This is how I thought. I learned this. This is how I think now. Etc. if you come on a discussion forum and are vague and offer to meet one-on-one you come across as highly suspicious. Even dangerous. If you tell people any version of "you can be cured too" you come across as arrogant...especially when you won't say how.

Suffice to say you're a rare case, and there s really, honestly, no explanation for that. Be wary too that miracle cures can turn into miracle relapses. If this happens, don't be afraid to come and ask for help.

    All the best,
    Sage
