    Default coffee?

I'm not a regular coffee drinker. I use to drink it everyday for awhile, but stopped, because I thought the caffeine was making me have racing thoughts and I couldn't handle it.

So, every now and then I'll have a cup, but later on in the day I'll feel extremely sick. Does this happen to anyone else?

Thats why I never drink coffee anymore. I used to drink it all the time too, but once I stopped it started to really effect me every time I did had a cup. I'm great for like, maybe an hour or two. Then I get cold sweats, sometimes a stomach ache/nausea.
And then I get weak and shaky.

I love coffee, but the cheap strong home brew kind always gives me the runs. It's a once n a while treat for me to have a nice cup of coffee. I love the smell of coffee so I will always brew up a couple of cups just to fill the house with the aroma. I'm rambling now.. haha

Yes, it happens to me too. I can't drink coffee at all without going nuts.

I haven't been able to drink coffee for 2.5 years now, it makes me sooooooo sick and in sooooooooo much pain. I was never a big coffee drinker but used to love my weekly tall skinny soy vanilla latte but had to stop. It is the actual coffee though, not the caffeine.
