Question for girls!

I was just wondering if anyone expereinces stomach discomfort when pmsing? Like, large BM's (tmi i'm sorry lol) back pain, stuff like that? I feel like I should know by now but I'm freaking myself out that I've come down with something.. help please!

I totally get that. I get D sometimes too (icky but tolerable) that makes me N. Totally normal. Take a couple ibuprofen. That will calm down the cramping and in turn should ease any N u may have. Works like a charm for me. Sometimes takes a while for the ibuprofen to kick in, but hang in there. It will help
