I came across an app yesterday while on my search for Emetophobia relief. It is a "Hypnotherapy" app which is supposed to help "Cure" emetophobia. Now while I knew it wouldn't cure me, I thought I would try it anyway.

Now while I am not saying this will cure you, I am sure that it will help you if you are having a panic attack, or simply uptight, or worrying. Basically you go into a trance while he is talking, and it definitely works because I have listened to hypnotherapy things before, just for relaxing (not for emetophobia). It really helps. Plus, it is wonderful if you are ever in a situation where you aren't comfortable (on a plane, bus, etc - this is where I did one a few months back for relaxing. Don't listen to it while driving though! It is like a therapist in your pocket accessible anytime.
If you are feeling yucky, or beginning to panic (even if you are full blown panicking) I believe it will help... Last night I listened to it while in bed, and again this morning while I was still dozing, today for the first time in weeks, I actually felt pretty good the rest of the day. I truly believe if I keep listening to it I will actually relax to the point of not even thinking about it at all. I actually feel pretty hopeful.

So if you have a smart phone, iphone, ipod touch, or ipad, or any kind of device that can download apps, search for "Joseph Clough". One app should come up. Download it. (It was 99 cents I believe)

When it is downloaded open it up and click "Hypnosis" at the bottom. Scroll down until you see "Overcome emetophobia". Download it. (It will show in british pounds, but if you click it, it will show in your currency. It cost me $2.99)
When it is finished downloading it will allow you to play it. It is 45 minutes long in total so make sure you do it when you can't be uninterrupted.

I think you can also buy this on cd, but this is a much cheaper way to do it ($3.98 in total!) and for peace of mind, it is completely worth it.

I hope this helps you guys, I had to share Good luck!
