Do you do anything weird when you V*? typical emet things?

For example when I V* which is rarely obviously no matter HOW weak I am it doesnt matter If I can barely walk or not I will spend like 10 minutes scrubbing the whole toilet and anywhere that the V* went just making sure everythings super clean to help avoid my mom catching it.

- I also force myself to cry for some reason, I dont know why but its like I feel like I should cry afterwards its like I have to force myself to start crying, but then once I start im balling my eyes out

- Also no matter why the reason I V*ed I will not eat for the rest of the day no matter what.

I used to avoid eating for nearly a week after I was sick. I'd be so weak due to not eating that I'd feel terrible for such a long time. After my last episode I ate later that night, and I've decided that I'll force myself to get something in me, even if it's just some Gatorade or some bland food. I try to get chicken in me within 24 hours so I have protein.

I also was my hands (duh) and then disinfect EVERYTHING I touched going into and out of the bathroom.

I never v these days, so I really can`t recall what I did the last time I did it.

Oh Gosh, I usually try to deny it for as long as possible, which makes my hubby crazy cuz I won't go in the bathroom. I shake uncontrollably. I usually need to hold his hand (break it off is more like it)...I have in the past asked him to shoot me or kill me while it was happening. I close my eyes so as to block out as much of the awful experience as possible. I won't look at anything...then I go lay down, completely exhausted. I also won't eat for a good long time...I may sip watered down apple juice, like drops of it. It's just ridiculous and horrible.

Yes I have to go outside, i cannot contemplate being sick inside and especially not in a toilet bowl, i don't think i have ever in 38 years been sick in a toilet, if i have then i can't remember it.

I had noro 3 years ago and did all my vomiting in the garden and quite a bit of the diarrhoea too as i was too scared to go in the bathroom to have diarrhoea in case i vomited while i was in there.

Luckily it was a very enclosed garden where we lived at the time!

I force myself to cry when I feel n*...I don't remember much about the last time I v*...I was 7...
