For the past 2 weeks my anxiety and panic has been really bad and I haven't been able to eat properly! I'm usually a healthy eater. Even on days when I don't feel utterly nauseated I still can't eat. All I eat in 24hours is an evening meal. Is any body else like this? I remember a couple of years ago I couldn't eat and I had anorexia nervousa, which is when I'm so nervous all the time I don't eat. I have two boys under 4 so I need my energy, but I'm always tired and have hardly any go in me! Is this due to under eating, and can I get my appitite back? I want to be a good mum, but this phobia really effects every aspect of my life!!![]()
