    Smile Books You've Read?

    Hey guys i was just wondering. Have you read any self help books about emetophobia, phobias, panic attacks, or anything youve read that has helped you a little bit?
    Im really into reading now.
    I read From Panic To Power by Ludcinda Bassett
    Im reading Living with emetophobia.


    Any suggestions?

    I have not, although I own a few books...so I should probably read them. I do often read entries and medical journals online though.

    Right. I like these self help books, cause you never think someone has it as bad as you. And when you're reading it. Its like wow thats exactly how i feel lol

    Exactly. I like the purpose they serve because people need to be informed of such information. Which books have you read specifically?

    Awesome! I will have to check them out. I've heard of From Panic to Power...perhaps a member has mentioned it on this site before. I am glad you find them helpful. Living with Emetophobia would most likely be my first choice because I've never read a book about emet before. I too think it would be really interesting!

    Yes. if not you can just ask the librarian if they can order them! I bought them off amazon for real cheap! But check your local library!

    Haha! I hear ya! Im sure there are so many more weird things people ask for. Ask for anxiety books as well. Might find somthing nice there too.

    Yea either did i! It was nice finally discovering them! I bought them on my kindle The Living with emetophobia is good. But the author is from england. So there is some grammar thats not familiar. Still a awesome book. Helped alot

    I've read 50 Things you can do to Manage Anxiety, I found it really helpful, it's quite small so not too daunting.
