Hi everyone, I'm BevJo from Portsmouth, UK. I've just discovered this site. I've been an Emet for as long as I can remember, which seems to have got worse as I've got older. I've never been able to discuss this with anyone, so my friends & family doesn't know anything. I'm currently having CBT

Welcome, I think you should definately tell your parents (if you are brave enough to) about this...just so they can know about how you are feeling. I told my parents about this...but I didn't have a name for it just then lol....I didn't know there was such a phobia til college.
