Question Incubation period - need help!

So I posted a thread a couple of days ago about a girl v*ing literally a couple feet from me and I have been SO anxious the past 2 days I was going to get it. The "incident" happened about 50 hours ago. What do yall think? Am I in the clear or do I need to wait another day before I can relax a little?

Things usually take between 48-72 hours to kick in, but if you're feeling ok you're probably in the clear just take it easy, try your best not to panic and keep positive you won't get ill, and everything will be hunky-dory

    Hi,

I just read an article about noro transmission and incubation period, and the doctor interviewed said the incubation period can be UP TO 72 hours, but most people get symptoms after about 30 hours. So don't worry about it, you're almost certainly in the clear!

Thanks. I am just so anxious because I'm a violinist and I have a recital to play Friday and I am supposed to have rehearsal in Manhattan tomorrow at 6pm and have to take the subway there. I am just so nervous that I'll get sick while I'm out, which is my worst fear!! I cancelled everything yesterday and today but I just don't have time to get sick!

I've had an appetite this entire time. If I were getting sick would an early sign be a loss of appetite?

Definitely! If you're hungry this is an excellent sign you're not nor are you getting sick try not to let your anxoety of the rehearsal or recital/being ill out cloud the judgement of when your body is asking for food you're doing really well, chin up

Usually your in the clear after about 48 hours, but sometimes its 72. I doubt you'll get sick, maybe she didnt even have an sv, maybe she was drunk, hungover, ate too much, pregnant, saw something gross, etc.
