Exclamation For Those Of You Who Watch Grimm

I haven't seen the newest episode yet (Airing 2/10/11) however I was just told by a friend that the first 5 minutes are extremely graphic, and disturbing to him as a non emet. He hasn't finished the episode yet, so I'm not sure if the rest of it is safe. Just wanted to give you all a heads up!

I watch Grimm religiously and I can see how it could be upsetting. The creature is a spider, and spiders inject venom into their victims so this woman tackles a guy and you see a stream of white foam coming out of her mouth and into his. Like a huge stream and fast-moving. So it doesn't really look like vomiting to me, but if foamy white stuff coming out of of someone's mouth bothers you then just close your eyes from the time the woman jumps on the guy until you hear the scene change. There's no sound of vomiting in it.

    I love Grimm!

I love Grimm too Sage! Thanks for more detail, I may watch the scene. I was just going to skip the first 5 minutes. My friend did say the rest of the show is trigger free.

Bailey, I completely understand! District 9 is one of my favorite films, but the first time I saw it I had to leave the theater because I had an insane panic attack. A simple heads up would have been wonderful!

Man I wish I would have seen this post about 15 minutes ago. I have been watching the series on Netflix, and just started said episode. After watching the scene, I looked up the show in the search bar, and of course this thread came up.... It actually wasn't that bad, but a heads up would have been nice... I'm eating dinner :/
