    Default Frozen food in fridge?

I went to make some sandwiches yesterday with some ham I'd bought from Tesco and a bit of ice fell off. It was melting already but it kind of worried me. I'm not sure if it was from the packet or the actual ham.

The ham itself was floppy, but there was one corner of it that felt ever so slightly crispy so I haven't eaten it the past two days (my partner has though, and seems fine).

My question is - tonight I'm cooking chilli with mince. I am worried my mince will be slightly frozen and I won't know?

I think this is because I accidentally put the ham too close to the fridge wall? I just don't know if my mince would be okay but we really can't afford to just chuck it!

    Any advice please?

I bet it was from being to close to the wall of the fridge. I wouldn't worry about it!
