    Default small battle won!

The last few days have been hard at my house for me. My daughter and my gusband were both sick with the bug. I woke up this morning feeling I was in the clear when school called for my son...he had a slight fever and was complaining of tummy ache. I picked him up...had bags in the car just incase...we got home and I started to panic all over again...I went outside for some fresh air, as I live in Hawaii so i take full advantage of that. Well, my dog got out of the yard. I had to chase her a mile and a half to another subdivision...it took me almost an hour to get her and walk home barefooted with no leash, however, when I got home, the exercise had taken all the anxiety and panic away! Yay!!! I have blisters on my feet, but I am able to get in my bed and sleep with my husband tonight instead of the couch my son is still saying his belly hurts, but he knows my fear and says he will be ok. I'm not totally convinced, but I'm happy I can/want to sleep in my room next to his. It feels good

Well done!! It just goes to show you that distraction goes a long way!!
I wanna feel the change consume me,
    Feel the outside turning in.
I wanna feel the metamorphosis and
    Cleansing I've endured within
    My shadow

I think that dog is actually a god-send XD He just knew you needed that extra bit of physical activity to get rid of the anxiety! LOL.

    Good for you
