    Thumbs down Morning Sick

Just wondering if anyone wakes up nauseated. I do most of the time it's just really annoying. Like right now I'm really nauseated and my stomach is growling. I got up to go to the bathroom and I suddenly went pale. Any advice?

Sometimes when I get real hungry, it can turn to nausea. Try keeping a box of crackers next to your bed and eat a few when you wake up.

I am like that in the morning as well. However, I suffer from horribly PND constantly...and that can cause nausea

I often wake up n* and usually wait at least 2 hours before I eat. By then, I'm usually starving.

Yes ma'am. I suspect I may have gastroparesis, which is delayed stomach emptying. Do you eat late at night or pretty close prior to going to sleep? It also may help if you sleep elevated so the acid stays in your stomach.
I wanna feel the change consume me,
    Feel the outside turning in.
I wanna feel the metamorphosis and
    Cleansing I've endured within
    My shadow
