My co-worker was away earlier this week with food poisoning and I know I can't catch anything but I'm still being a bit hyper about staying clean. I normally wash my hands when i get in because i catch the bus but it was so busy when i got in i didn't have time! i use computers and phones all day every day and my fingers touched my lips a few times this morning. i don't have time to wash them but i normally would. does anyone else do stuff like that?

I have a problem with leaving my lips alone. I bite my lips all the time and lick them! I freak out about that too. I use my computer and phone all day too. Just bring some Lysol III with you and it helps with the nerves!!!

I freak out whenever anyone around me is sick, whether they're contagious or not. I just can't stop it :/

I always freak out when someone says they had food poisoning because many times, it's NOT that, it's an sv*! Last month my neighbor was v*ing a lot. When I asked her where it came from she said, "I don't know, bad milk?" and then she later said she caught it from her boyfriend. You don't get food poisoning from bad milk and then pass it on to someone! That is an sv*! People just aren't as informed on the transmission as we are...ha! So I guess, it's good to have good hygiene either way because you never know!
