Default It's nice to know that I am not alone!

Hey. I just found this. Everyone thinks I am crazy with my phobia. I am 32 and it's controlling my life. I never go anywhere without my meds (incase I feel sick) and I never drink and am careful about getting on boats. I must find a way to get over this phobia. I hate living like this! Any ideas?

I am working on my issues as well. I am currently working with a therapist with CBT and taking my anti anxiety. I have gotten better on not washing my hands every two seconds, but I make sure when I do wash them after using the bathroom and before I eat, it is for a full 20 seconds. I still have my moments where I step back into where I don't want to leave my bubble of my house, but I know that I have to go out in public. I have to go grocery shopping. I have to get gas. I have to go to work. I just make sure I wash my hands as SOON as I walk in the door! You c an do it!!!!
