Does anyone have those days where you think you're getting better, you haven't thought about V* and the like for a good few days and then as SOON as you think about that and start to congratulate yourself, it'll creep back in suddenly!!!!

i have those all the time.......but i'm learning to really enjoy the good ones and try and push myself through the bad.......seems the bad ones are becoming less and less. don't get down on yourself about having a bed day![]()

That happened yesterday to me, but just like olschesky said, push through it. Do something else to get your mind back on the happy part of the day!!!
I do try my hardest at pushing it away, it's amazing really how powerful our minds are!

That is a good thing to day. My therapist wants me to do that every morning...when I first wake up, tell my self that it will be a good day. I am starting it tomorrow. Good luck! Hope your day is a good one!!!!
