Griffith University Emet Study

Hi everyone

I just wanted to say that my emet study has started with Griffith University in Austrailia. I am SO excited. I had my 90 minute phone convo with my therapist and I have been doing the weekly work. I am really excited about this study and looking forward to the results. A little nervous about the work I am going have to do, but if it helps me get rid of my phobia, I will be thrilled. I am curious as to who else was chosen for this.

i already briefly did this study and decided it was not going to help me. it's too generic.

I'm doing the study too. So far, I haven't seen/heard anything new to me, but it is still exciting. Having it all organized and monitored by someone will keep me working on it, I'm hoping. When I'm having good days anxiety-wise, I tend to lose my self-discipline.
