Help! Tonight I went to bed at 9:00 pm and had a bad stomach ache I thought would be relieved with sleep. My son woke me up at 11:10 because he had a bad dream and I realized I feel even worse. I am nauseated and bloated and my stomach feels like it is boiling inside. I am scared this may be the night I will v*. I need someone to talk to me if anyone is out there.
