    Default SV everywhere? Why?

Ive noticed recently that SV are everywhere... so many people I know have had it. My step sister who luckily I don't live with but do often come in contact with, everyone from work (McDonalds) and college theres the odd people... I wonder why it is?

Sadly, about 10 weeks ago now I had a SV along with my sister, then the others in my family had one about three months previously- terrified that its going to be back in the family from it being surrounding our community! Its hard to prevent following having a 2 year old sister!!

Bed times the worst, I just worry that when I get to sleep I will randomly wake up and V* as it always hits randomly...
I just wish I didnt have to sleep then id always be prepared, i like being around people, I hate being alone.
Does anyone feel the same about nightime/loneliness??

i have the same problem with nighttime. My anxiety and fear is harder to control at night. When I'm nauseas I prefer to be alone, if I were actually sick, I think I would want someone there.
Trying to keep myself awake when I feel sick has resulted in alot of passing out. I used to think I was blacking out, cause one minute I was watching tv and the next the show was over, then I realised I was passing out while still upright and waking up... was kinda weird.
Sometimes I sleep elevated, which I started doing cause I had really bad indigestion one night, then realised I felt calmer not sleeping laying down.
I can generally always get myself to sleep once the sun starts coming up. I always feel really comforted and releaved when I see the sun coming up... like daytime means it is safe and I wont wakeup and v*.

Things have to be really bad if all my comfort things don't work.

Unfortunately it's that time of the year But don't worry, with the warmer weather we will see a lot less of this nasty bug. We're so close to spring!!

I live in very near Essex, & my area always seems to suffer more than most from nnoro in winter. Ithink it`s because a lot of people round here aren`t to careful about germs & cleanliness, I once had someone sneeze all over me in a line at the chemist. I have been lucky so far & not caught noro, or perhaps it`s just that I`m a lot more careful than most people.
