I don't know what's going on...But all of a sudden I got really REALLY panicky.

I woke up this morning and kinda felt shaky, not sure why. I have an exam at 130 today, then I have to work at 530.

Theres a few things I've been worrying and stressing about. But for some reason I'm so shaky and I feel all panicky. I haven't felt like this for awhile and just my luck it has to happen on this day....

What if I faint or something?? I'm soo so sooo worried. I feel like crying, but I don't want to do that.

I don't know what to do.
.I just want to feel safe in my own skin. I just want to be happy again. I just want to feel deep in my own world. But I’m so lonely I don’t even want to be with myself. <3

Try and take a Deep breath, and relax, I know this sounds easier said then done, but I am in the same boat as you, I have been having Panic Attacks all week, some big, some small.. I HATE it.. But I am here if u need to talk.. I am sure its just your nerves about the exam u have today.. Christy

Do you have anything to take to calm you? Maybe you should think about trying to get something if you these often. I am sure its because of your exam!!

Keep us posted. You will do fine. Try to take some really deep breaths.
