    Default Feeling full...

    Howdy fellows

I just wanted to ask a question that I have recently been experiencing.

I used to obsess over my meals and what I was eating, but after CBT 3 years ago that changed. However, recently I have had s different feeling: basically, I am fine before my meal, and even during, no panic what so ever. But after setting my plate aside, I begin to feel full, like any other normal human being should feel after a good meal. I then begin to panic big style-ee. I even panic myself into feeling incredibly n* which makes me worry more!!

And it is just so annoying as I don't have a problem with the food or eating of it at all! My partner seems to think it is about control as that's what my emet revolves around generally; I can control it going into my tummy but once it is in there, there is nothing I can physically do, and I think I agree with her

So, does anyone else suffer this?

The thing is I guess you could say I am my own worst enemy because I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with food. I just hate the fullness panic after a really lovely meal, particularly if I eat out, and the acid reflux sucks huh?
