I don't know what is wrong with me today. The last couple of days I have been forcing myself to eat regularly to try and gain some weight back. Well, this morning I just felt off. I thought maybe I was just hungry, but I can never tell anymore the difference between n* and hunger. Well, a girl I work with brought in donuts and they looked really good so I ate one. I didn't feel any worse after, but I didn't feel better either. I have also eaten a pear and a bag of potato chis and still feel yucky. I feel kind of IBSish - in the bathroom a couple of times, but not really d*. I don't know what it is - just kind of crappy. What do you think it is? Do you think I'm getting sick? I also have a sore throat (been getting over a cold for months now) and I have been having a lot of heartburn lately, but that doesn't feel like my problem now. I hate this - just when I'm determined to get over this and try and eat better, I feel like this and I slip backwards again.

I have been like that too. Its probably stress. I have barley been able to eat latley. I also have allergies or something. I feel like there is a feather in the back of my throat. My ear hurts too a little. Anyway, I think your fine. I doubt it is a sv. Sound more like stress to me. I hope you feel better!

I think you'll be OK too. The ends of the cold could be doing it if there's any drainage also your body is probably just tying to get back into being healthy so you may feel different. It seems we emets take different as nausea or the possibility of v*. Plus what you ate today (with the exception of the pear) weren't all that healthy lol. Try sipping some water and eating soemthing w/a little protien in it, maybe peanutbutter on toast? Anyhow I hope you feel better soon and that this helps! Oh are you near your period? I sometimes feel especially crummy and crappy (literally) around that time.

Ok, I ate and it still hurts. I am so paranoid though - I went a different way to work today and just knew it was going to be a "bad" day because I changed my routine. Is anyone else that way? I guess it's OCD - I have to do everything in the same order, the same way everyday or I freak out.
