I have been dealing with my emet pretty good up until today. I am on vacation and we are driving home today and I get diarrhea...now I'm terrified im going to get nauseous or have the stomach bug or something. The last time I had diarrhea I had the stomach bug! What is going on? Do you guys ever get it and not throw up?! Help! I need some reassurance!
