    Question Question

Ok, I've been on here a lot the past couple of weeks. So most of us panic over the SV for 48-72 hours after exposure. But reading about those who have got it had someone close to them get it 5 days later. The question is, is it 48-72 hours or within the next week?

From the last time they are v* or d* it is 72 hours, but they CAN still be shedding the virus from going to the bathroom even though they are feeling much better. So if someone who has had the bug isn't good about washing their hands after using the bathroom, they could still pass it on that way. So as long as you are good about washing your hands before eating and after the bathroom, you will be fine.

Oh... Yeah... I feel dumb. That makes total sense. I've been on here all week being scared so I've been reading a lot of posts. And all those who got it. But that clicked. I was just thinking geeze we all panic the 48-72 hours, but yet it's much longer. I think about this WAY too much. Thanks.

Oh, I can't blame you! It was awful when my hubby got it. I was so worried! But that is what our emet brains do to us! I am going through a freak out now, so you are not alone thinking that you think about it too much!
