I went out to dinner today, to a place that I really trust. I've never had any problems with it, and I've been going there since I was three! Anyway, today I ordered a baked veggie lasagna, but when I got it I noticed that it had oily stuff on top of it and that the cheese tasted kinda sour. This happens to me a lot (convincing myself that something is bad) and so I just ate most of it anyway, until I hit a really sour spot. Now I thinkthat it could have been spoiled! The owner, who knows me, took it away and didn't charge for it, but I had already eaten more than half. He went back and smelled the cheese, and said that he thought it had just curdled because they stuck it in the microwave, and that it wouldn't hurt me. But can curdled cheese hurt you? And does cheese usually give you food poisoning?

raw meet as long as you heat it its almost 100% gonna kill everything that
may be on it in the first place so dont worry i think ull be fine

No you will be fine. I know a nurse who eats blue cheese, seriously blue mold cheese, blue mold bread, like gross, but she told me that she and her family have been eating that for years and not once have they ever became ill. baseballplaya12 is right its not meat, its cheese. You have nothing to worry about!

ive never heard of anyone who has become sick from cheese. the thing with cheese is all the stuff the badbacteria like to eat has already been digested by friendly bacteria. thats what gives cheese its flavour, how long and which type of bacteria have been digesting it.

Mold on chesse won't hurt you. I eat blue cheese all the time!! I love all the moldy cheeses. In fact, the mold on the cheese is a penicillan. If you are allergic to penicillian, you can't eat any moldy cheeses cause you can have an allergic reaction. But anyway, you can eat cheese with mold on it, and you won't get sick. I'm assuming that everything was fine??
