Has anyone felt like this?
This is probably off topic, but I think it has to do with my emetophobia or anxiety. I feel like clogged up, or like I'm too full. It could possibly have something to do with my allergies. Its not bad, but its kind of uncomfortable and its messing with my breathing. Any ideas as to whats causing this or maybe ways to prevent it?

Do you mean like in your nose and stuff? If you boil some water and inhale the steam that will help

Not really in my nose. Its more inside, like maybe its my sinuses or something. Sometimes it bothers my breathing, which sends me into a mini panic attack. My mom swears by steam though, so maybe I'll try it

Nah I mean, I take alot of showers due to my anxiety. So it doesn't really have a chance to be clogged up I guess.
