I was just wondering if anyone knew is having trapped gas can make
you feel n* ? Sorry if this is an odd question but sometimes after i
eat, I kind of feel like someting needs to come up but I'm not sure if
it's an n* feeling. I used to think it was but now I have calmed down
a bit about my phobia, I was wondering if I should just write this
feeling off as n* and panic or maybe it's gas?
My main problem I think id that i NEVER burp. Never ever and I
think sometimes if I just could I would feel like 20 times better and
more comfortable.. is this true? I haven't burped since I was about
five and have no idea how to - I do sometimes just wish I could but
am scared if I learn to burp, it might leave the door open for possible
v* too... Is this a crazy thing to think? Am too embarrassed to ask
anyone else about this but i hope some of u on here can help me?

Oh my I am the same way. Haven't burp since I was a little baby, and I don't intend to burp. My kids have tried to help me burp showing me but no I can't. Trapped gas can make you feel nauseated that is for sure.

Hey . Yes trapped air can make you feel very nauseous.Burping would make you feel a ton better. If you feel like you stomach is really full and/or bloated, or if youfeel like there is something in there that just want move and you would feel better if you did, then its gas. Get some gas x or somthing like that and take it whenever you feel this way, just make sure you read the instructions. If I feel this way I will get up and move around or lie down on he floor and roll around to help the gas bubble to move. Also if you ever feel like there is a lump at the bottom of your esophagus this is probably just an airbubble trying to make you burp. Like I said get moving and that will make the gas move, also remember gas travels upwards and you will know the difference between burping air and if its going to be something else. Hope this helps!!

reason, i'd feel lump in my throat, queasy stomach and kind if noises
coming from my throat.. That explains loads blueiz25!!!
But does anyone reckon that people who can burp v* more than
people who can't or am I living in a fantasy land of hopefullness!!?

I burp all the time...okay well not all the time. I have acid reflux disease and I have regurgitation A LOT. I burp but when the burps get HOT that's when I force myself to not burp anymore...does anyone know what I'm talking about? LoL.

wow... acid reflux sounds quit scary.. I guess u must be quite brave
if u have to deal with it. Sometimes I get heartburn and it REALLY
freaks me out loads because it makes me feel sick....I think the two
are related? xxxxxxxxx
