I am 21 and have had a phobia of being sick for about 10 years now. I have been to see a therapist where I had (CBT) cognitive behaviour theorpy, I felt a bit better for a few months but then gradually got worse. I hardly eat any food now and very rarely go out, as I don't like to be around other people. It's really restricting my life and I don't know what to do now. I feel nauseas 24/7 I hate it. Can someone please help? thanks.
