    Default Having anxiety attacks help

    Hey there,
    well last night my 5 year old began to v* I took him straight to mum as she understands my emet but I'm still panicking as I'm worried me or my other family members will catch it :-( I haven't been able to eat/drink much as I'm soooooo scared !!!! Wat can I do to try and calm down and more to the point what are mine/our chances of getting this please help

    Sorry to get back to you so late. I hope your son is doing better by now. If you weren't directly in contact with the v you are probably fine. You can only catch noro from particles. Even if you were around it, if you cleaned well and washed your hands, you'll be ok. Plus, he's 5, little kids get sick from a lot of different things, it might not even have been a virus. Just try to watch tv, or go online and look at stupid videos, anything to take your mind off it. Even just going for a walk or talking to someone on the phone can help.
