    Exclamation I'm so nauseated

I ate a bag of Doritos and Pop Tarts. I'm really REALLY nauseated. If I vomit, I'll kill my self. I'm sorry if that offends people, but I can't vomit. I taken 12mg Promethazine 1 1/2 hour ago and I just had taken another. I'm hoping I can cope with the severe nausea until the pills kick in. I don't want to kill myself but I will...

Relax relax relax, you haven't eaten anything that should cause you to get sick. I can see why you FEEL sick , though. The pills will kick in soon and you'll feel much better. Can you lay down and try to take some deep breaths?

Actually breathing calmed down the horrid nausea enough to let me think. Thank you for the quick response

Okay, here are my symptoms. When I move, nausea flares extremely high for a few seconds until I sit still. Nausea keeps coming in waves, about 7-9 in intensity. I have a slight urge to use the restroom but I know getting up and going into the bathroom is end game. I have intestinal cramping and I keep getting very light headed and dizzy. I am also growing groggy and sleepy. I just want it gone. Fucking asshole (nausea), it's the reason why I have this fear. I'm growing extremely angry through this nausea. Mirtazapine, which can act as an anti-emetic, with Promethazine is in my system, so I shouldn't be nauseated.

Just saw this response. Do you have a fever? Maybe if you're groggy you should try and sleep. I bet you wake up feeling a whole lot better.

Hmm, I have a feeling my intestines were at fault. The sleepiness was brought on by the Promethazine, I think. I'm still off ease, in terms of my nausea, but as long as it doesn't progress, I'll be alright. And no, no temperature.

eating too much of stuff like that gives me terrible bloating and indigestion......makes me feel like everything is right in the back of my throat and if i move i will be sick. i used to take phenergan when this feeling would hit .......after many years i figured out that taking an anti gas pill....or drinking a fizzy drink which would cause me to hiccup or burp a little also helped.....sometimes using the bathroom relieves it also.

glad you're feeling a little better......
    how i feel about emet

I found out why I was so nauseated. I don't eat alot, or I once ate little. I would have a bowel movement every 3 days. While on my Mirtazapine, I eat more. I still only use the bathroom once every 3 days. My bowels were backed up and my food had nowhere to go. This happens alot. Wish my intestine tell me they need to be emptied, I'd gladly conform to that xD Thanks for the responses guys!

This happens to me all the time. If I don't go once a day, I get nauseated from getting backed up. If you can't eat healthier foods that will help you go, I'd suggest taking something like Miralax daily to help you stay more regular. It helps me a lot and it's really, really gentle. The anti-emets you're taking have a constipating effect too and slow down the intestinal tracts. Vicious cycle.
