    Default feeling anxious

My daughter had the flu on Tuesday and Wednesday and last night my husband and I both starting feeling it. I was up all night pacing my house and sitting outside. It was exhausting. I did end up getting D* but not V'ing* (thank God!), I have not had barley anything to eat today-just some crackers and water. But I am feeling Nauseous now again...I hope I don't get sick tonight..what is the likley-hood of that? I know I already had the virus. Perhaps it is just that I am hungry or still feeling scared. That really shook me up yesterday

Did your daughter have the sv or a flu? They are two different things. I would think if you were going to get sick, it would have happened already. I know the people around me that have had the stomach bug lasted about 24 hours. Have you been drinking any fluids? Especially if you had d*, you need to replenish your liquids you lost! Getting dehydrated can cause you to feel sick to your stomach. I know that happened to me when I had the bug, never got sick, but since I didn't want to put anything in my tummy, I got very dehydrated and once I got two bags of fluids from the ED, I felt better! Try sipping some water and have some crackers. Not eating can make your stomach upset as well. Good luck!
