I have woken up around 4 am every night for about five consecutive nights in a row now and I don't know why it doesn't matter how much sleep I've gotten or when I went to bed but I wake up and the first thing I think is "what if I'm waking up to be sick???" and take a few moments and realize Im okay then lay around for about an hour then go back to sleep. Any tips on sleeping thru the night? I fear that I'm so afraid that I'm going to wake up and vomit that the anxiety is keeping me from sleeping. And I'm sitting here now so hungry, I haven't eaten in about 14 hrs now because I'm worried about my stomach and I would really just like to be aable to g back to sleep and worry about my stomach later.
