If you've ever told a non-emetophobe about your fear, was that not the first thing they said?
To me though, it seems like that's not exactly true. Some people go out and party and drink too much and v. all the time and never seem to care. Bulimics don't seem to mind too much if it's something they're voluntarily doing often (I'm not passing judgment on anyone with an eating disorder, and maybe they do hate it, but I'm stating an observance and a thought). I once went to a fair with some friends where one of them got motion sickness, v.-ed in a trash can, and kept walking like nothing happened. I watched an episode of MADE once on MTV, and the guy v.-ed after every workout, and it was just like nothing to him, and he didn't seem to care at all.
What I'm saying is, I feel like some people really just don't mind it at all. It's as uneventful as a nosebleed or a foot cramp. Do you think that some people really just don't care at all?
Sorry about the long title. I'm new here and not sure what's considered graphic and what's not, what should be labeled, etc.
