    Default Small triumph

I work in an office like environment and was getting ready to go on lunch, so I walked into the kitchen where the storage lockers are to grab my purse and I heard someone coughing but I ignored it. My locker is right across from the sink so I started walking over there and suddenly this guy I've never seen was yelled "don't look in the sink! I just threw up in it!" and I just said ok and turned around and tried to get into my locker. I was trying to do the combination right but he went over to clean it up and started coughing and hacking into the sink again RIGHT BEHIND ME so I was shaking a little and kept having to do the combo over again which made it take even longer.but I kept thinking "it's ok stay calm" and finally I got my locker open but instead of grabbing my purse and running I just stood there and calmly turned around and said "hey...would you like some nausea medicine?" and he kept saying yes please that would be great so I gave him some and just stood right there next to him while he coughed and was sick, then I told him to feel better, and went and ate my lunch without even thinking about it! I wasn't even worried about catching whatever he had. That is the first time in my life that I have ever been able to be near someone sick and I felt so good about not only tolerating it, but giving the guy medicine to make him feel better. Sorry that was so long just wanted to share it

Congratulations! I'd have ran away home!
