    Default Panic post... Sorry

Ok I've been trying to deal with things the best I can. I been feeling horrible this past week but today I felt perfectly fine. Until a couple hours ago. I made fried chicken for dinner. I hate cooking because I'm so terrified of food contamination. But I try to keep everything clean and separated as possible. But I ate a piece of chicken a little while ago. Now I have this upper abdominal cramp. It kinda feels like gas. But my stomach is making all kinds of noises. I'm so scared I got food poisoning. I'm freaking out so bad right now. I can't sleep because I'm afraid I'm sick. I need help.

did chicken smelled fine before you made it? If it did, maybe your simptoms are from something else.
And you don't have to be afraid of cooking, it's better when you eat something you cooked than something you bought. That way you know what you eat.
Row meat would smell if it's something wrong with it, so you can know if your simptoms have something with food you ate.
    I hope you'lĺ be fine

Yeah it smelled like raw chicken and I defrost in the fridge. I'm just always scared of cooking meats. It's funny because I don't worry so much about others.
I'm fine today so thanks. I just worry too much and my mind runs away with me. It's horrible.

My guess is it was the oil from the fried food.
