Default Light at end of tunnel

I think there a lot more help these days, when I first got it at the age 6 years, there wasn't even a name for it, I am 38 now, I have gotten a lot better now, due to help and understanding, but what did help, was vomiting for the first time in 34 years, it made me understand alot more about my body, and that the sensation really wasn't that bad, wasn't nice, but i coped, since then, my life has improved, i go out much more, go on fairground rides, eat out in resturant, even got drunk, which I would never do before, my nerves made it feel alot worse, i stillk get really nervous, but, i living a normal life again. which is what i want.
