    Unhappy Freaking out, please help

Ok, so I haven't eaten anything except for my oatmeal this morning (same as every morning), about an hour ago, I started getting cramps, like I might have d*, and then had a very small bm.

Of course, we were supposed to leave the house at 2pm to pick up boyfriend's family to go to lunch and then spend the day at the zoo! I have since sent him off to have lunch w/o me, he's going to call after lunch to see if I'm up for the zoo...

I took 25mg Compazine about 30 min ago, and as soon as I had another cramp, I freaked out and took 8mg of Zofran. I haven't had d* and I'm not really n* (except for the panic/anxiety). I KNOW that this is nothing, but I am paralyzed right now thinking that it's the beginning of the sv and as soon as I get to the zoo I'm going to get really sick.

What do I do? I had a really bad headache yesterday and took 4 Excedrine & 2 Advil (both with pepto because they upset my stomach), could my stomach be upset from that? Is this actually the beginning of a sv?

I am grateful that my bf understands my phobia and isn't pressuring me either way, but I HATE this! What do I do???

Trust me I think everything is the beginning of a sv. For me, I'm nausous all the time and even right now i have stomach aches/cramps. This could easily he caused from anxiety/stress, take deep breathes and relax. You'll be fine! Sipping gingerale when I'm anxious helps me too.

I should go to the zoo right? I need someone to tell me what I already know: I don't have a fever, I took enough anti-emetics that I'm not going to v*, and staying home obsessing is going to make me feel worse right?

This ISNT a sv right? I would feel crappy and not just have mild cramps (which are gone now btw)?

I just don't want to get there and be stuck for 4-5 hours and my stomach out of nowhere gets worse.

Yes, the Excedrin and Advil can totally cause that even if you take Pepto. I would strongly guess it was from that. I get migraines often and have the same symptoms the day after a lot of meds. I usually gauge how I feel AND how far away the event is. If the zoo isn't too far away, I would go. The Pepto yesterday would possibly keep you from having d* even if you get the cramping.

Thank you, I really needed to hear that...

I'm going to see how I feel when he calls after lunch, but I'm going to try to make myself go. I've missed so many experiences because of this phobia, skipped movies, even passed on vacations. Every single time I give in and just stay home, I honestly feel like the phobia wins a round. I just wish I were strong enough to get over this.

Yay! Hope you have an awesome time! It helps more and more if you push yourself to go places when you can. I try to do small trips if the cramps are severe...like getting groceries. It has helped me understand why the pain is happening more.
