    Default OT: healthier dessert alternatives

    The title pretty much says it all. I've been doing so well all week but I'm starting to get mad cravings and they SUCK. I WANT chocolate so bad...cake, brownies, cookies, ice cream, etc. I want ALL THE SUGAR. If it weren't for my goddamn sweet tooth, this diet would be cake (no pun intended lol). Anyways, I need suggestions. Thank you!

    Freeze a banana. Chop it up and blend it until its creamy. Its sweet and has the consistency of icecream. Also. I have never tried this but heard is really good, you mix richotta (sp?) cheese with honey or aguave nectar. A third one-low sugar jello cup with low fat whip cream on top. There are also a lot of 100 calorie icecream cone things made by skinnycow etc. but im not sure how much sugar they have in them. Frozen yougurt with fresh fruit on top is yummy too! Dont forget to have a big gooey piece of chocolate cake one in while though.

    I love strawberries for dessert, sometimes I dip them in greek yogurt
