    Default freaking out!

I woke up feeling a little rough yesterday, (sore throat, heady) and with me, I freak out about just feeling ill in general, cause whatever it is I always think it could be related to a stomach v*. Anyway, I went on facebook quickly and saw that someone had put up one of those dreaded status... (Been up all night being s*) was something like that. I didn't mind too much, but then when I got into work, I was talking to this woman I work with and she tells me all about how her daughter was up in the night being s*! So of course I'm now freaking out. I had to work with this woman, (the mum of the girl) but I'm scared there's something going round my area. To make things worse, I'm trying to overcome my fear and get out more, and I agreed a couple of weeks ago that I would stay over my friends house tonight. (Haven't stayed over someones in forever) its made things so hard, because if I feel sick there, which I don't doubt, then I can't justify saying to myself 'its just my fear/anxiety' cause it could just as easily be this bug! Argh.

Sorry for the late reply. I ended up going and actually surving! Haha. I'm going to post about it now. I'm still a little worried I'm going to catch the v* that's going round, but I'm just taking precautions. X
