I have mh issues and have been in A+E this evening due to panic attacks and self harm.

I am home now but can't fight of the nausea, im sure it's a sv*

My mums work friend came down with one on Thursday, I'm sure my mum has transported it home

Or fp as I had tesco ready cooked chicken.

I can't do this, I'm struggling enough as it is.
