I am new here, but have been reading posts of awhile now. I have a wonderful 18 month old daughter, but my anxiety and this phobia have gotten so much worse the past couple of months. She had sv twice last winter, though both were actually pretty minor, my husband and I caught it once last October from her. Also she was under a year old, so it was more like spit up anyway.... Anyway, this was My first time to v* in 15 years and I am 35! It was so horrid, now I am in constant fear of her getting it again soon since she is in preschool. It has already gone around her class once a couple weeks ago, but she escaped it, not sure how. I wash her hands and feet when we get home and change her clothes, bit I worry that she will end up with this dreadful phobia too. Other parents, do you always catch it from your kids, or do cleaning routines, etc help to prevent??? A nanny is not an option for us, and honestly she loves her school. I hate this phobia! I even got a zofran script from my doc just in case, and have already filled it. Thanks for any advice.
