Im so scared, i went to stay at my friends yesterday in a uni house, it was horrible dirty and i didnt feel clean even after washing my hands...

Im now home and panicking, i have severe stomach cramps and d*.

My parents are away until tomorrow, i cant do it at the best of time, especially when alone :/

I think you have worked yourself up into a panic, and because of the unclean conditions, have convinced yourself you are ill. You are not ill, but you are working yourself up that you are making yourself sick.

Sounds like a panic attack from what you saw and that's it. Your tummmy is upset and all goofy because of what you saw and that's that! Really!! Wow, must have been a dirty place! Take a shower and you will feel better! Maybe some nice clean fresh air to fill your lungs with also!
