Off topic question about this website?

I was just wondering.... why does nobody ever use the chatroom that comes with the site? Every time I pop in to see if somebody's there, it's empty, and I'd love to use it to get a more conversation-like response system, rather than hitting "refresh page" every couple minutes to check for a reply on my thread. Just a little thing I've wondered about

agreed! I feel like the chat room would be a really great way for people having a panic attack to get IMMEDIATE help, and to get their minds off of the panic.

exactly!! when I'm having a panic attack, I don't want to start a thread, I want help right then and there, somebody to talk to and help me in the moment. I'd love if it got used more, or at all, I think it'd be great!

If you find yourself in a bad spot and in immediate need of a chat, start a new thread and post the chartroom link (just go into the chartroom, copy the URL and paste it into your thread)
When people see that you are in chat and need help they will start coming in. Trust me, I've started a couple myself and it's very helpful

Jmoore, that's a good idea, I'd just love if people were actually in there more, or at all. Just general conversation with some people going through this would be nice. For emergency purposes, the copy/paste is smart though.
