So, a few weeks ago I posted about my aftergrad and how I was concerned about going because of the drunk people who were certain to be riding on the bus on the way back.
Anyway, I decided to go- after all, I've been in school for 13 years and felt like it would be important to celebrate. So, after the long day of watching 700 kids get their diplomas and a big banquet and dance, 7 busses with 400 of us left to "the ranch". However, and I wont go in to all the details, the venue got mixed up and we ended up driving for 2 hours to some granite field in the middle of nowhere, with no music and no lights, and it was freezing. And people were mad. We waited on the busses and partied a bit, and finally got back in the city at about 4:30am.
Now the part that is probably of the most importance to all of you, there was indeed throwing up on the bus. This might be graphic- a friend beside me threw up out the window a few times, and a girl got out of the bus to throw up, and threw up in the bus, and at the door of the bus on the way out. I didn't panic though! Yessss! Definately a victory. And although the night was messed up and I had to see some sick people, I had a really great time. So, sometimes it's worth going through things we don't want to go through, because it was worth it for sure.
Sorry if that was boring and confusing, I'm operating right now on very little sleep haha.
Hope everyone had a good weekend!
