Default Getting better at managing my emet!

I'm not completely emet free by a long shot, but I'm getting so much better at managing it. A girl just posted on her status that (this is the WORST scenario for me, happened EVERY TIME i had noro as a child) that she just woke up, sat up and threw up everywhere. Usually I would've had a panic attack, and I do feel wary, but I'm not panicking severely, and I'm using all the techniques I've been taught and they're working!
Anyway one of these techniques is to remember how well I've done with emet so I thought I'd just.. brag about a little triumph I had a few weeks ago.
I was at a party in September. I felt REALLY nauseated because of the panic and I did keep going for toilet breaks and was ready to go home, but I didn't. Instead I thought I'd just talk to everyone to distract myself. So I was talking to a really drunk lad. I'm talking OFF HIS FACE drunk. After about half an hour of talking to him he threw up EVERYWHERE. There was heaps of it, and it was disgusting. But I had no panic attack and even managed to ask if he was ok, which he was. His mates then came to help him so I just walked away.
Then because the party was that mad the police had to come and I was the one who was calmly dealing with it all. I did try to reassure angry neighbours but I just got lunged at, but I just laughed it off.
Short and sweet triumph but I'm pretty proud of that one!

And after reading the status I've managed to reassure myself that I'm not very vulnerable to stomach bugs, and I haven't done anything to catch it so I don't need to worry. Woo
