Default Panicking over Noro and Throat lump feeling

Hey guys, i have been dealing with this phobia for about a decade now, I finally got my parents to support me,but right now something feels wrong

Yesterday about 4pm ish i got on the bus and touched the poles (duh.) but possibly my mouth,Yesterday i lost my apetite at breakfast and dinner, and started being really nauseated and worried since i used the bathroom twice in a hour.
But its been about..almost 22 hours and i have no nausea or headaches or whatever, just a weird lump feeling in my throat,i can swallow water and was just able to swallow a bit of my sandwich although felt like it stuck there for a while but water pushed it back a bit.
I also find it difficult to swallow saliva, i have been taking strepsils and olbas oil (i have nasal congestion) and nothing seems to work

I panick because i dont want this virus or to cough something up or vomit from coughing

    Help asap

You can lose your appetite, feel a little sick, and get a lump in your throat for all sorts of reasons, not just a bug. It could be stress, or maybe you're a little under the weather and coming down with a slight cold. That is unlikely to make you v*, I can promise you. I'm sure the touching the pole thing is mere coincidence - I live in London and get a tube everyday and I rarely get sick! I know it's hard but as Cynna said, chill. Distract yourself. Call your best friend, read a magazine, put on a funny channel on TV... chances are in just a short while this episode will be over xx
