Does it always mean vomiting is imminent?
I've had it for over 12 hours now and it seems to get worse when I think about getting sick or when I'm reading posts on here, which makes me think that it's just anxiety and that I can ignore it.
Ive taken an anti-emetic, I'm drinking small sips of iced water and eating crackers, and I've been following the brat diet for the last 12 hours.
Ive also had a couple of loose, quite urgent stools, not d* though, but these are pretty normal for me.
I just don't want to be sick![]()
