Hello,

So when we are anxious and trying hard to eat because we know we really shouldn't skip meals, what is your favourite thing to eat?
If my anxiety isn't too bad I like peanut butter on toast and a cup of tea. Anything easy to digest really. It's not the most nutrional
swap from what we should normally eat but it's better than skipping the meal.

So what's your favourite food/foods that you like to eat when you're hanging in there.
